Self-help Workshops
Psychoeducation
Many of us we could do with a little extra help in some areas of our lives but we don't necessarily want therapy. This is where psychoeducation can help.
Self-help workshops are small and fun group sessions with a central focus on one topic. The purpose is to help you quickly develop the skills needed to improve the areas of your life that might need a little tweaking.
What, where and when?
Some of the groups that regularly run are:
- Boost your Self Esteem
- Be Assertive
- Managing Stress
- Becoming a Confident Woman
- Understanding over-eating
- Beat the Blues
Groups consist of between 5 and 20 people and are run from our comfortable premises based in Leeds city centre. Refreshments are provided.
The self-help schedule is advertised across a number of publications and on this website. Please check back for upcoming events.
